Vehicle Breakdown Support
In the highly unlikely event of a mechanical issue, we maintain on-call vehicle backup standby in major regions (Arusha, Moshi, Dar, Zanzibar). A replacement vehicle of equal or higher class will be dispatched immediately.
Airport Pickup Delays
Can't locate your driver? Do not leave the terminal. Check the Arrivals Lobby for a driver holding an "Easy Transfers" board with your name. Otherwise, contact our emergency desk immediately so we can geolocate your driver.
Flight Adjustments & Cancelations
Commercial flight arrivals are monitored whenever flight details are provided during booking. If your flight is canceled, re-routed, or delayed, please notify us via WhatsApp as soon as you have updated flight details so we can realign driver pickup schedules.
Border Control & Transit Delays
During cross-border transits (Namanga, Holili, Rusumo, etc.), our coordinators communicate directly with border personnel. If you experience unexpected delays during clearing, our driver will wait up to 120 minutes free of charge.
